Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Provide on-site supervision and coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors involved in the project, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and performance expectations.
Monitor project progress closely, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, permits, and approvals. Ensure that all project records are organized and accessible for reference.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project supervision, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and implement solutions proactively.
