Position Overview:
Experienced Project Subcontracting Manager with 10 years in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, responsible for managing subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance throughout project execution. Ensures subcontractor work aligns with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire subcontracting process, from selection to execution, for EPC Oil & Gas projects.
Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contract terms, scope, and timelines.
Review and evaluate subcontractor performance, addressing any issues to maintain project quality and progress.
Collaborate with project teams to align subcontracting strategies with project goals and budgets.
Negotiate and prepare subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Monitor subcontractor safety, quality, and progress, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in subcontract management within EPC Oil & Gas projects, preferably in the UAE.
Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and project execution.
Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications inproject managementor subcontracting are a plus.
