Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations
Product Management:
Upload, update, and maintain product listings on the shopify.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Order Processing:
Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with the delivery team for accurate and prompt order fulfillment.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, Whatsapp, or social media promptly and professionally.
Address concerns related to products, orders, and shipping.
Gather customer feedback and report trends to improve services. Reviews to be posted on Klaviyo and Google
Website Maintenance:
Regularly check the website for errors, broken links, and inconsistencies.
Assist with implementing updates or changes to site features and layout.
Ensure a user-friendly interface and smooth navigation experience.
Marketing Support:
Upload promotional banners, campaigns, and discount codes.
Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and social media promotions.
Track the performance of marketing activities and provide insights.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the e-commerce strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
