Role: B2B Project Sales Consultant / Sales Engineer / Project Sales Specialist
We are looking for a B2B Project Sales professional to drive the sales of residential kitchen projects across Jeddah and Dammam.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based sales, kitchen solutions, interiors, joinery, fit-out, or related building materials, with the ability to develop relationships and convert projects into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of residential kitchen projects in Jeddah and Dammam
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads
- Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, interior designers, architects and other project stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings through quotation, negotiation and project handover
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements and coordinate with design/technical teams
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on projects to secure orders
- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming residential projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B project sales / project business development
- Experience in kitchens, interior fit-out, joinery, furniture, building materials or related project-based industries
- Strong understanding of the Saudi residential construction/project market
- Existing network with developers, contractors, consultants, designers or project stakeholders is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and actively develop new business
- Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory/preferred
