PROJECT SALES ENGINEER Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Quality Facility Management
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects on-site. The Site Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that all activities are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the construction and development of civil engineering projects on-site.
Provide technical support and ensure the project complies with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Review project plans, blueprints, and designs to ensure feasibility and quality.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Ensure the proper use of materials, equipment, and labor on-site.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to resolve technical issues.
Ensure that the site complies with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
Assist with the planning and design of infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, bridges, and utilities.
Manage quality control and perform tests and inspections to verify materials and work quality.
Assist with budget management and cost estimation for the project.
Maintain documentation of site activities, changes, and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in civil engineering, with a focus on site development or construction management.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and materials.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction safety standards.
