Position Title: E-commerce Specialist – Noon Platform
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-commerce Specialist with expertise in Noon platform to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Noon platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory management, and order processing.
Customize and optimize Noon themes to enhance the user experience and align with brand standards.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product descriptions and visuals.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Optimize product pages and content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and sales metrics.
Monitor customer inquiries and feedback across various platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in developing promotional campaigns and sales events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2 + years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically with Noon platform.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online retail strategies.
Proficient in Noon and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
