Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements
Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices
Maintain organized records of measurements and supporting documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders
