Are you an experienced Projects Planner / Planning Engineer looking for your next career opportunity?
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Projects Planner to join our Projects / Operations team.
The role will be responsible for developing and managing project time plans to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define project goals, objectives, and detailed schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare short- and long-term resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, risks, milestones, and schedule performance.
- Identify changes in project scope and support planning adjustments.
- Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports.
- Gather actual project data, update schedules, and prepare reliable forecasts.
- Support Project Managers in Integrated Baseline Review and baseline schedule development.
- Coordinate client planning activities and respond to customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage risk assessments for assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Electrical, or related project environments.
- Experience with key clients such as Aramco, SABIC, Marafiq, SWCC, or similar is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Asta Powerproject.
- Strong reporting, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of engineering principles, budgeting, and project control.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and work independently or as part of a team.
