Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
Establish and implement the project scope, schedule, and cost controls.
Lead and coordinate the day-to-day management of construction activities for mall projects.
Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Oversee procurement and management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, communication, and accountability.
Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including potential overruns or delays.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, shop drawing requirements, and industry standards.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for shop drawing and technical documentation review.
· Residential Compounds Background is a must.
