PROJEC T MANAGER JD:
Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to fully understand project scope.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

Identify critical milestones and ensure proper sequencing of activities.
−
Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure readiness before site mobilisation.
−
Ensure procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractor services aligned with the project schedule.
−
Monitor day-to-day construction activities and track progress against the project schedule.
−
Maintain accurate records of work completed, delays, and issues encountered.
−
Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
−
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
−
Report progress, deviations, and corrective actions to management and clients.
−
Lead, supervise, and motivate site supervisors and site staff.
−
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability among project teams.
−
Conduct regular team meetings and progress reviews.
−
Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, and subcontractors for timely resolution of technical or operational issues.
−
Foster effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
−
Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow requirements.
−
Monitor project expenses and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
−
Control costs and minimise overruns through effective planning and monitoring.
−
Review change orders, claims, and variations and ensure timely approvals.
−
Maintain project profitability by closely managing resources, costs, and timelines.
−
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures on-site to ensure compliance with project standards.
−
Conduct inspections, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions.
−
Maintain documentation of quality control processes and audit results.
−
Ensure compliance with client specifications, legal regulations, and industry standards.
−
Ensure all construction activities comply with HSE standards and regulations.nvestigate safety incidents and implement preventive measures.
−
Promote a safety-first culture among all project team members and subcontractors.
−
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials for projects.
−
Monitor material quality, storage conditions, and stock levels to prevent damage or shortages.

Approve material dispatch to sites according to project requirements.
−
Track material consumption and minimise wastage through efficient planning.
−
Liaise with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of critical materials.
−
Evaluate subcontractors and vendors for suitability and compliance with project requirements.
−
Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
−
Ensure timely resolution of issues with vendors and subcontractors.
−
Maintain strong professional relationships to secure reliable services.
−
Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and site activities.
−
Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and dashboards for management and clients.
−
Ensure all as-built drawings, manuals, and documentation are completed for project handover.
−
Archive project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
−
Ensure all works are completed as per contract and specifications.
−
Conduct final inspections and address punch list items.
−
Oversee proper handover to the client with complete documentation, warranties, and manuals.
−
Obtain client approvals and sign-offs to close the project successfully
