Ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within the market in all channels in line with GROHE’s Mission. The primary purpose of the role is to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within the Country.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization. You will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel development.
- Carry out hisresponsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his/ her Project Channel Sales Mission
- Assigned for the country’s Market in line with Corporate Objectives and KPIs .
- Projectmanagement write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system
- Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline
- Provide high quality information and analysisin support ofstrategic priorities and initiatives
- Identify key channels and targetsin region for project business
- Forecast accurate projectssales by month, quarter, and year
- Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country
- Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as
- required and prepare report for senior management.
Qualifications And Education
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus)
- Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in a comparable position
- Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence
