SOHO drives the success of ALO and AMIRI that is a boutique lifestyle retailer representing a generation of consumers seeking innovative concepts, digital accessibility, and a strong sense of social community. We’re expanding ALO and AMIRI across Turkey and need a hands-on Project Manager to make it happen! You’ll report to our Sr. Project Manager in Dubai and be the key on-ground contact for all new store openings, remodels, and renovations.
What You’ll Do
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning and budgeting to site supervision and handover.
Coordinate with local contractors, workers, suppliers, and government entities to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain close collaboration with our Dubai HQ, brand teams, and stakeholders to align on project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold brand guidelines.
Track expenses, manage risks, and provide timely updates on project milestones.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing retail (preferably fashion) construction or rollout projects in Turkey.
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes.
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, with the ability to lead diverse on-site teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (PMP or similar certifications a plus).
Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and project coordination.
