Charterhouse is working with a renowned facilities management company based in Qatar, seeking to recruit multiple Project Managers to expand their team. This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing facilities management division within the Middle East.
About the role
The Project Manager will provide leadership and direction to the team, supervise subcontractors, and manage customer relationships according to set KPIs. They will oversee operational goals, financial targets, and HSEQ guidelines. With several clients across the region, the Project Manager will work with multiple teams, managing all operations related to the delivery of soft and hard service projects.
The Project Manager will manage a KPI-driven business where exceptional service delivery, aligned with corporate values and policies, is standard. Maximizing operational performance through new technologies and industry best practices is essential. The role offers significant growth, progression, and opportunities for training and supervising junior staff.
About you
Candidates must possess a University degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, or a similar field.
Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience as Project Managers, with extensive exposure to tracking, planning, and maintenance management. Experience working as a service provider and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
