STRUCTURAL has been established in UAE since 2008 and has offices/operations in Qatar and KSA.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in our Saudi Arabia office. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that strengthen and prolong the lifespan of structures in the UAE and GCC. This position is project-based with a potential for continued employment afterwards. The project duration is expected to be 2-3 years.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions in collaboration with internal contracts teams
Developing and managing project schedules with field leadership
Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and managing project financials including projections
Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
Collaborating with Estimators and Sales teams to review bids and develop proposals
Evaluating risk and potential loss exposure on projects
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ensuring safety and quality control on all projects
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in commercial construction and/or restoration industry
Ability to speak and write in Arabic is preferred
Proven ability to successfully manage construction projects
Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, and/or historic restoration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
Willingness to travel and work across the GCC as needed
