Revive Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
As a G+4 contractor, we specialize in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-out, landscape works, and in-house joinery. We are looking for a strong leader who can take full ownership of projects, manage project teams, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from mobilization through to final handover.
- Manage Project Engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house trades.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings, resolve technical and commercial issues, and drive project execution.
- Monitor project costs, procurement, variations, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and company standards.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager with a renovation, fit-out, or contracting company.
- Proven experience managing villa construction, renovations, and interior fit-out projects. Scope includes kitchen remodeling, flooring works, bathroom renovations, extensions, swimming pools, and landscaping.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- UAE Driving License (required).
- Experience with project management softwares.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
