We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-QA/QC to lead our operations and drive continuous improvement across our testing, inspection, and certification services.
Required Qualifications And Background Experience
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Metallurgy, or equivalent)
- 15+ years’ experience in oil and gas onshore and offshore projects
- Experience in quality control and assurance
- Experience in management and supervision of procurement inspections
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Team Leaders who manage the day-to-day activities of coordinators and inspectors
- Act as the first-level focal point for the client teams (Quality, Procurement/Expediting, Coordination) for contract execution, reporting on technical and executional matters
- Delegate operational and technical tasks to Team Leaders as appropriate, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
- Attend key KOMs (Kick-Off Meetings), PIMs (Pre-Inspection Meetings), and Progress Meetings, delegating routine attendance to Team Leaders where applicable
- Ensure compliance and achievement of contract quality and commercial KPIs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client quality requirements and project specifications across all disciplines
- Monitor project schedule updates from the client
- Provide leadership, technical, and administrative support to the team as needed
