Project Manager – Food Waste Recycling Facility (Qatar)

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the initiation, execution, and commissioning of a government-approved Food Waste Recycling & Bioplastic Production Facility in Qatar, from the scratch till the successful commissioning of the factory.
Responsibilities
- Project delivery:
Manage scope, timelines, and resources. - Commissioning oversight:
Ensure smooth transition from construction to operations. - Stakeholder management:
Coordinate with the ministry, contractors, management and consultants. - Compliance:
Uphold environmental and technical standards. - Team leadership:
Build and guide a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in industrial project management, with 5+ years in commissioning large-scale facilities.
- Knowledge of waste management or bioplastics preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- GCC experience is advantageous.
- Lead a landmark sustainability project.
