Project Manager – Power Transmission Jobs in Dubai at Danube Groups
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager experienced in Power Transmission projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in EHV/HV substations, overhead transmission lines, and related infrastructure, with proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for transmission line and substation projects (132kV and above).
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution from design to commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports in alignment with client and company requirements.
- Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor project risks, implement mitigation measures, and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for approvals and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and international standards.
- Manage project manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Drive performance, resolve site issues, and ensure successful handover of completed projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in power transmission projects, including substations and OHTL (Overhead Transmission Lines).
- Proven experience managing large-scale EPC or utility projects in the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of transmission systems, protection schemes, and grid integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Pay: AED14,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
