Position: Project Manager (PMP Certified) – Construction & Project Management
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager holding a PMP certification to lead and oversee construction and project management activities within the UAE. The ideal candidate must be Arabic speaking, possess a valid UAE driving license, and have over 10 years of extensive experience in the UAE’s construction and project management field.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, execute, and close construction and infrastructure projects in accordance with client requirements, budgets, and schedules.
– Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
– Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
– Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
– Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
– Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
– Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
– Utilize PMP best practices to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
– PMP certification is mandatory.
– Fluent in Arabic and English.
– Valid UAE driving license.
– Over 10 years of proven experience in project management and construction in the UAE.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, standards, and regulations.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
– Familiarity with project management tools and software.
