Transformation Office Looking for yournext big challenge We are excited to announce an opportunity for anexperienced Project Manager (PMO) to join aleading Transformation Office team! This role isavailable for both remote andonsite (Dubai) candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilize and manage large systemsimplementations across business and technology teams.
Establish and maintain Portfolio/Program/Projectgovernance and reporting frameworks. Identifyimplement and support controls for effective portfolio management(budgeting financial management resource planning compliance andrisk management). Facilitate internal andexternal stakeholder
collaboration
to achieve costeffectivesolutions. Engage with Program and Delivery Leads to prioritize Change the Bank initiatives and manageresources. Provide analysis managementinformation and reporting for informed decisionmaking.
Deliver project closure reports and document lessonslearned. Drive Agile and Hybrid methodologyimplementations for
diverse
system and applicationprojects. Govern complex transformationprograms using standardized PMO frameworks. Qualifications Were Looking For: Â 15 years of overallexperience with 10 years of relevant expertise.
Financial services corporate/wholesale banking and techbanking project delivery background. Proventrack record of managing endtoend banking projectdeliveries.
Leadership
/management experiencewith strong stakeholder influence skills.
Skilled in managing complex vendor relationships andcontract negotiations. Desired
Skills:
Experience in Agile Methodology and Hybrid Project/Program Implementation. Expertise ingovernance change control and compliance for transformationprograms.
Location:
