Project Manager / Owner Representative (Owner Representative – Real Estate Development)

Khobar / Eastern Province – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

A leading company in real estate development and contracting, working on diverse residential projects (villas and apartments) under a plot sale system, striving to build a professional operating system based on quality, compliance, and results.
Job Purpose:
Manage and execute real estate projects from the owner’s perspective, ensuring:
- Quality
- Adherence to timelines
- Cost control
- Representation of the owner before all parties (contractors, consultants, governmental entities).
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project as the owner’s representative (from design to handover)
- Prepare and monitor project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
- Supervise contractors and consultants and manage performance
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and requirements
- Monitor costs and provide periodic reports to senior management
- Coordinate with governmental entities (such as Wafi, guarantee accounts, municipalities)
- Approve materials and supplies and ensure quality control
- Manage risks and make quick operational decisions
- Supervise project delivery and operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of at least 10-15 years in:
- Real estate development
- Contracting
- Previous experience as:
- Owner Representative
- Or Project Manager
