Job Summary
Lead the PMC activities for the EPC/LSTK contractor execution of high voltage transmission line and substation projects, including a new 34.5/13.8 kV airport substation and MV network modernization. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance with international standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of high voltage transmission line and substation EPC projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to meet performance objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide project planning and reporting, use Primavera P6 for scheduling, analyze delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise on site activities, perform risk management and site safety oversight.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in high voltage transmission line and substation EPC projects.
- Strong project management skills – PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Electrical engineering background or equivalent experience with high voltage systems.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and procurement processes.
