About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Dubai team and lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and corporate process optimization within the iGaming sector. This is not a technical delivery role — instead, your focus will be on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through structured project management across departments including operations, legal, compliance, customer support, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management of business-critical initiatives related to operations, compliance, and corporate functions
Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, reports, and documentation
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
Support strategic planning, business transformation, and regulatory readiness initiatives
Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and risk assessments
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and process reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or digital consumer industries
Proven track record managing non-technical projects across corporate and operational teams
Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and operational compliance
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
