Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Marketing Manager to assist in executing and managing various marketing campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure smooth coordination, follow-ups, and execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives.
✔ Follow up on ongoing marketing programs to ensure timely execution.
✔ Collaborate with the marketing team, agencies, and external vendors.
✔ Monitor campaign progress and report updates to the Head of Marketing.
✔ Manage marketing materials, content scheduling, and promotions.
✔ Track and analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.
✔ Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing.
✔ Ensure all branding and promotional activities align with company objectives.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
✔ Must be fluent in English (written & spoken).
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
