Project Manager- Meter Reading Jobs in Al Wakrah, Qatar at Confidential Company
The Project Manager shall be responsible for overall management execution and delivery of the Contract in compliance with KAHRAMAA requirements ensuring achievement of all KPIs SLAs and operational targets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full execution of meter reading disconnection reconnection and inspection activities
- Ensure compliance with defined KPIs including
- Meter reading cycles twice per month
- Disconnection within 2 days
- Immediate reconnection
- Plan and allocate manpower equipment and resources effectively
Coordinate with KAHRAMAA on CWR planning prioritization and execution
- Oversee unauthorized consumption verification and revenue protection activities
- Ensure timely reporting documentation and system updates
- Monitor contractor performance and initiate corrective actions
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure communication with stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in utility operations, field services, or infrastructure project
Experience in managing large-scale field teams
Strong knowledge of electrical and water distribution systems
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
