Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports for management.
- Support PMO governance and project management processes.
- Assist with RFPs, vendor evaluation, and technical reviews.
- Support testing activities and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT PMO within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong IT background with Digital Transformation project experience.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
