Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and deliver high-quality fit-out projects for restaurants and hospitality venues. This role requires strong expertise in interior fit-out, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects for restaurants and hospitality facilities.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and delivering projects aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee handover process, including snagging and final inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in restaurant/hospitality fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
