Position: Project Manager – Fit-Out
This position is required for a company which is currently executing major projects in partitions (Fermacell & Gyproc) & ceilings (Armstrong). The position reports to Operations Manager. The role is to manage the project at site including:
Resource planning
Materials planning
Execution management of site supervisors
Productivity of labourers at site
Co-ordination with the clients at site Management of inspections and handover
Wastage management
Completion within deadlines
Raising variation claims through the QSThe ideal candidate should be an engineering graduate with extensive experience in handling fit-out projects independently in the GCC. He should be familiar with all the formalities relating to fit-out contracting and should be very strong at man management skills. Knowledge of the products handled and ability to work meticulously towards the targets is essential. The salary offered will be AED 15,000 plus car.
