Project Manager – Façade Jobs in Dubai at Euro systems
Job Title: Sr Façade Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create innovative façade designs that align with project requirements, budget, and aesthetic goals.
3D Modeling: Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino to produce detailed 3D models and renderings of facade systems.
Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering sustainability, durability, and performance characteristics.
Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and fabrication.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Site Visits: Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended vision and quality standards.
Problem-Solving: Address design challenges and provide creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in facade design or related architectural fields.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
