Role: Senior Project Manager focused on digital assets (payments, real-world tokenization) in a regulated environment.
Core Purpose: Lead planning, governance, and execution of complex technology initiatives bridging business and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project planning, delivery, and risk/dependency management
- Governance, executive reporting, and dashboard creation
- Polished presentation development for senior leadership
- Cross-functional coordination (compliance, legal, risk, ops, finance, vendors)
- Vendor and external partner management
- Financial tracking, documentation, and project controls
Must-Have:
- 8–12+ years PM experience in banking/financial services/fintech (regulated)
- Strong project planning, RAID, dependency, and governance skills
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Proven stakeholder management across business, tech, and control functions
