Project Manager – Core Banking Jobs in Qatar at Fusion Group Holding
Role Purpose
The Project Manager – Core Banking will lead and manage implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects related to the bank's Core Banking System. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full lifecycle Core Banking projects including implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators supporting Core Banking solutions such as Temenos T24, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, and similar platforms.
• Oversee system configuration, SIT, UAT, data migration, and production go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations and internal governance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Drive change management initiatives and support user adoption across business units.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with PMO standards.
