We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects to oversee project execution, construction activities, and delivery in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical engineering background and extensive experience managing EPC and industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, quality requirements, and HSE policies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Review and approve project documentation, method statements, and construction plans.
- Manage project timelines, costs, and performance KPIs.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational challenges during project execution.
- Ensure successful commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
