Position: Project Manager (Construction & Finishing)
Project Leadership
Oversee and manage full lifecycle construction and finishing projects from inception to successful handover.
Resource & Timeline Management
Direct project teams, sub-contractors, and site engineers while strictly monitoring project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate seamless communication between clients (owners), consultants, and sub-contractors.
Quality & Compliance
Guarantee that all execution on-site adheres to elite quality standards, safety regulations, and approved engineering designs.
Financial & Contractual Oversight
Supervise project contracts, monthly progress invoices (interim payment certificates), quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
Reporting
Prepare and present comprehensive periodic progress reports, executive summaries, and recovery plans to upper management.
Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the construction and high-end finishing sector.
- Track Record: Proven experience in managing and delivering government and commercial building projects
. - Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of project contracts, quantity surveying, pricing, and project management methodologies.
