Project Manager- Construction Jobs in Dubai at Yasco Contracting L.L.C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle from initiation to handover
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and compliance with project milestones
- Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements
- Review and approve BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping
- Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships
- Supervise procurement processes and material planning
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards
- Oversee project cost control and financial tracking
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project staff
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (Preferred)
- DM APPROVED G+12
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction
- At least 5 years in a Project Manager role in UAE
- Proven experience handling villas, buildings, and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other authority regulations
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Financial and cost control expertise
Other Requirements:
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice preferred
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
