About the job PROJECT MANAGER – COMMAND CENTRE IMPLEMENTATION
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedPark Operations Management System Expertto oversee the implementation ofCmd Centr, a Smart Park Operations Management System. As aProject Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and operational readiness of the system, working closely with internal stakeholders, system vendors, and third-party integrators. You will be part of theMaster System Integrator (MSI) team, ensuring seamless coordination between IT systems and business operations for a world-class entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation:
Lead theend-to-end implementationofCmd Centr, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with operational objectives.
Develop and maintain adetailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure system configuration, data migration, and testing activities are aligned with business needs.
OverseeUAT (User Acceptance Testing)and ensure system validation before go-live.
Stakeholder Coordination & Vendor Management:
Act as the primary liaison between theCmd Centr vendor, MSI team, IT teams, and park operations.
Work closely with theMaster Service Integrator (MSI)team to ensuresystem compatibility, integrations, and interoperabilitywith other park systems (e.g., ticketing, security, maintenance, IoT devices).
Engage with park operations teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and drive system adoption.
System Integration & Technical Oversight:
Ensure seamless integration betweenCmd Centrand other park systems such as:
Access control & ticketing systems
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
IoT sensors & surveillance systems
Incident & emergency response platforms
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT security and data governance policies.
Reporting & Governance:
Provideregular project updatestosenior managementand stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ yearsof experience inITproject management, system implementation, and integration, preferably in theentertainment, theme park, or hospitality industry.
Strong experience overseeingSmart Park Operations Management Systems (e.g., Cmd Centr, Rides Management, Incident Management, Security Monitoring, and IoT Integrations).
Solid understanding ofIT infrastructure, cloud solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
Strong knowledge ofITSM processes, incident management, and park operations workflows.
Excellentstakeholder management, vendor coordination, andcommunicationskills.
