Manage villa, residential, and commercial projects with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience.
Drive project performance to generate sales.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design and specifications.
Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors, site supervisors, and laborers.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
