Project Manager – Architect (Fit-Out)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Speed Construction Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Architect (Fit-Out) to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from initiation through successful handover. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural execution, project management, client coordination, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing Fit-Out / Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Proven experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and interior finishing materials.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience in contract administration and variation management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fit-out projects from planning through final handover.
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the procurement department.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage project risks, variations, and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
