Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage façade, windows, and door projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum façade systems, UPVC windows, and WPC doors, with proven leadership in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases from design review to completion.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on technical and commercial requirements.
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
Manage subcontractors, materials, labor, and resources efficiently.
Monitor project progress, budget, and costs, reporting regularly to senior management.
Resolve technical issues and site challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensure proper documentation, quality control, and handover procedures.
Prepare project reports, variation orders, and claims as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in façade systems, UPVC windows, or door installations (WPC or similar).
Strong knowledge of aluminum curtain wall systems, window fabrication, and door assemblies.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera is a plus).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
