Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade with 10+ years of proven GCC experience in façade engineering and construction. The role requires strong leadership across design coordination, project planning, and site execution to ensure successful delivery of large-scale façade projects within scope, time, quality, and budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering & Design Coordination
- Lead coordination between design, engineering, and technical teams for façade solutions
- Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and material schedules
- Ensure compliance with structural, safety, and performance standards
- Support material selection based on project performance, durability, and sustainability requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical approvals and submittals
- Maintain complete documentation of drawings, reports, and project correspondence
Project Management & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute façade projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project execution plans including resources, timeline, procurement, and risk management
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and implement cost-control measures
- Lead coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site progress meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company standards
- Manage project delivery while ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability targets are met
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10-15 years of GCC experience in façade construction and project management
- Strong background in aluminum & glazing façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, skylights, etc.)
- Experience managing large-scale and complex façade projects in the UAE/GCC
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project management tools
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
