Job Overview
Euro Systems is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and oversee multiple façade and aluminum projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale façade works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of aluminum and façade projects (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, doors & windows)
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Review contracts, project specifications, and technical drawings
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Approve material submittals, shop drawings, and procurement plans
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings
- Handle client communications and resolve any project-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in aluminum & façade projects (UAE experience mandatory)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale façade projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum fabrication, and installation
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
