Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure projects meet quality and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead project meetings.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to requirements.
- Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project-management role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or another relevant certification.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Industry-specific technical knowledge, depending on the project.
