Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of proven experience managing projects in building construction, civil works, infrastructure, landscape, and interior fit-out, with strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement, execution, and project close-out.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Review project schedules, cost reports, progress reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage project budgets, variations, claims, and cost control measures.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing:
- Building Construction Projects
- Civil Works
- Infrastructure Works
- Landscape Works
- Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project planning, scheduling, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
- UAE/GCC project management experience is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month
