Position: Project Manager needed urgently
Responsibilities:
Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.
Perform the role in a hands-on manner by undertaking any repairs and maintenance as required.
Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
Stock control and supplier management.
Quoting, scheduling, and managing of Capex Requests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
Experience in computerized maintenance systems, Building Management Systems, and fire preventative requirements.
Previous hotel experience advantageous.
Strong communication and people skills.
Organizational skills and an ability to effectively plan and prioritize.
Flexibility to be on call for out of hours engineering issues.
Highly responsible and reliable.
