Adecco is partnering with an award-winning architecture and interior design studio in Dubai, renowned for delivering luxury commercial and residential projects that redefine spaces and experiences.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a design-led environment and brings structure, control, and commercial insight to complex, high-end projects.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll sit at the heart of project delivery, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from a planning, financial, and operational perspective. This role is all about strengthening project control and driving performance across multiple live projects.
- Own project timelines, scheduling, and program management (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
- Drive resource planning and ensure optimal team utilization
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and fee tracking
- Manage scope changes and design variations with precision
- Coordinate with external consultants and support procurement processes
- Leverage tools like Zoho or Deltek to track and optimize project performance
- Prepare clear, structured reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Partner closely with Design Leads, supporting client interactions and providing insight on project status, risks, and progress
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Middle East
- Proven background in architecture and interior design projects
- PMP certification preferable
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
