About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Oil & Gas / EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is a key role responsible for driving project execution and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, scheduling, delivery)
- Manage budgets, cost control, and forecasting
- Develop schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Ensure QHSE compliance and regulatory adherence
- Manage stakeholders: clients, contractors, internal teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation)
- 15+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery projects
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role
- Strong EPC project lifecycle experience
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6
- PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
