Civil Engineering essential to have over 5 years UAE experienced
G+4 municipality license holder, Trakhees card holder and can join immediately
Qualifications:
– Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.
– Minimum of 1 year previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
– To be able to Review Reports, Structural Models, and Structural Drawings and details including Foundation Drawings.
– Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Within UAE Residence / Tourist Visa / Own Visa are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
– Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish
– Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
– Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
– Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
– To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.
– Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
– Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
– Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget
– Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards
– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
