A leading Marine Services company (Oil & Gas) is looking for an experienced Project Superintendant
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Superintendant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the oil industry, particularly focusing on operations and maintenance (O&M) of monitoring, sampling, telemetry, metering systems and single point mooring (SPM) systems. This role requires fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage relationships effectively with client oil company and third-party diving providers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience in CMMP & Telemetry, metering, refineries (Offshore)
· Lead and manage projects related to operations and maintenance (O&M) of crude export facilities and single point mooring (SPM) systems.
· Oversee metering measuring and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as OCIMF.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oil company management and third-party diving providers.
· Ensure thorough delivery against contractual obligations, while providing outstanding customer support.
· Conduct regular site visits and manage travel to Iraq for project oversight and client engagement.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and optimize operational efficiency.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and contractual commitments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Economic Engineering, Oil Industry Project Management, or Management Engineering.
· A minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the oil and gas industry.
· Extensive understanding of Operation and Maintenance management of Oil or Gas facilities such as oil refinery operations.
· Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
· Experience in managing third-party service providers, including diving operations.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Language Requirements:
· Full fluency in English is imperative.
