🚀 We Are Hiring | Saudi Market Expansion & Regulatory Affairs Manager
We are seeking an experienced Saudi national to support our strategic expansion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and lead regulatory engagement activities with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and local financial institutions.
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison with SAMA and local commercial banks.
• Drive the progress of the Saudi market expansion project and manage regulatory follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with payment gateways, digital wallets, and banking partners.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of the local entity, including licensing and regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Objectives:
• Support the successful acquisition of the PTSP (Payment Technical Service Provider) license.
• Manage and process all government and banking documentation related to the licensing process.
Requirements:
✔ Saudi National.
✔ Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
✔ Strong network within Saudi banks and financial institutions.
✔ Practical knowledge of PTSP licensing procedures and the local banking ecosystem.
✔ Background in Banking, FinTech, Legal, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
✔ Strong business development capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
Interview Process:
• Two interview rounds.
• Video interviews are acceptable.
