finbyte is seeking a Project Manager who will be orchestrating and leading project endeavors with finesse, ensuring optimalresource allocationand timely goal achievement by applying industry best practices inproject management. You will be designing and executing strategic plans withprecision, overseeing seamlesscommunicationbetween teams, and delivering successful projects with efficiency and quality.
Note:Business travel to the MENA region may be required based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Providing continuous support and guidance to the Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams on a daily basis.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.
Taking accountability for the overall guidance, coordination, execution, oversight, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.
Securing resources and orchestrating thecollaborativeefforts of team members to deliver projects in accordance with the established plan.
Formulating and executing project work plans, and adapting them as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and demands.
Strategizing, executing, and concluding projects with adherence to stringent timelines and budgetary constraints.
Contributing effectively to theproject managementlifecycle, encompassing activities such as developing Project Plans, managing Project Budgets, overseeing Project Timelines, mitigating Project Risks, monitoring and controlling Project Scope, and managing Project Teams.
Appropriately establishing and managing client expectations to maintain a harmoniousclient relationship.
Assisting in the seamless integration of new clients into the operational framework.
Ensuring the fulfilment of quality standards in project deliverables.
Identifying fresh business prospects within the existing client base.
Identifying resource prerequisites and assigning individual duties and responsibilities.
Regularly travel to MENA as required to collaborate with on-site teams and support project needs.
Minimum Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering, MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years working experience within the IT andProject Managementarea.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditionalproject managementprinciples and practices.
Aproven track recordof successfully implementing software or web/mobile development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing medium/large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PSM II – III and PSPO II – III certifications are preferred.
Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams with 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QAs.
Ability to prepare and present high level management reports and detailed analysis where needed.
Excellent oral and written communications (in English) skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including theexecutive level.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to MENA for project-related activities.
