Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Leadership:
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Allocate resources effectively to optimize performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members and provide technical support as needed.
Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Cost and Risk Management:
Monitor project expenses and manage financial resources.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation of change orders and variations.
Compliance:
Ensure projects comply with local construction regulations, codes, and standards.
Manage permits, approvals, and inspections required for project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
15-20 years of experience in contracting and construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.

Knowledge of value engineering and sustainable construction practices.
Familiarity with contract administration and FIDIC standards.
